Unfortunately, you must sign up with a debit/credit card. Our wash memberships are a monthly renewing service just like Netflix or Planet Fitness. In order to be charged for your membership, you will need to provide a card. It is not a long-term contract. You're free to cancel any time!

3Is there a cancellation fee on the memberships?
Willo Wash does not charge cancellation fees.
4How do I change my credit card on file at Willo Wash?
When visiting Willo Wash, ask one of our friendly wash attendants to help you change your card on file. They will gladly assist you!

When visiting Willo Wash, inform one of our friendly wash attendants that you would like to make a change to your existing plan. They will gladly assist you!
6Can I add an additional car to my monthly membership?
When visiting Willo Wash, inform an attendant that you would like to add a car to your plan. Be sure to have the car's year, make and model plus the license plate on-hand. We'll get the car added to your existing plan!
7How do I cancel my monthly membership?

8Do you close for inclement weather?
Willo Wash usually stays open regardless of the weather. However, if there is a need to close due to unsafe conditions, we'll notify our customers via social media! Make sure to follow us to stay up to date with any and all news!
9Does Willo Wash sell gift cards?
Yes, you can purchase a gift card at any amount you would like. These purchases must be made at the wash.
